An impact that transforms today and strengthens tomorrow
In 2025, Plan International Brazil continued to expand its commitment to promoting the rights of girls, adolescents, and young women, strengthening an approach that goes beyond project implementation. Throughout the year, we combined community-level actions with knowledge generation, advocacy, local organization capacity building, resource mobilization, and partnership promotion to drive structural and lasting change.
This work is built side by side with girls, communities, civil society organizations, the private sector, public authorities, donors, and supporters who believe in a fairer future. Together, we continue to create opportunities so that every girl can reach her full potential and exercise her rights throughout her entire life.
In 2025, this commitment was also recognized nationally. Plan International Brazil received the Human Rights Award, granted by the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship, in the Guarantee of the Rights of Children and Adolescents category, recognizing its work in promoting and defending girls’ rights.
